Account Registration

1. Sign up. Creating your Client Area.

The first stage of registration with the company — is creating your Client Area. To do this, you need to indicate your email address and phone number in the sign-up form on the site.

An email will be sent to the address you specified with your username and password to access your Client Area. Save it. You will receive emails with access to newly opened trading accounts, notifications about the status of your accounts, and information about important events affecting the forex market.
To get access to all the features of forex trading, you are supposed to verify your account and confirm your identity.

Please note!

You can use all the features of forex trading, invest, withdraw your profits, or become our partner only after you have fully verified your account, which includes confirmation of your email, phone number, and identity.

2. Verification of email, phone number and proof of identity.

To verify your email, we will send you an email to the address you indicated while signing up. Click the link in the message to confirm your e-mail address.

To confirm your phone, you will be sent an SMS code. Enter this code in your Client Area . If you have not received an SMS, report your issue to Customer Service department over live chat on the website.

To confirm your identity, you need to fill out a form and upload copies of documents (scanned copies or photographs). Once confirmed you will be able to:

  • Open live and demo accounts;
  • Use bank transfers and cards to make a deposit;
  • Invest in Managed accounts (PAMM);
  • Open Managed accounts (PAMM);
  • Withdraw profits from trading and investment accounts;
  • Sign up as an IB partner or PAMM agent of FIBO Group.
Please note!

If you miss one of the stages, you will receive a reminder asking you to complete the verification procedure. After full account verification, you will have access to the full range of services provided by our company.


3. Depositng funds to your account is the last step before starting trading.

Go to the "Deposit funds" section.

To deposit via bank transfer:

  • Click the "Deposit" button, select the account you want to deposit, and click "Ok";
  • Select a bank from the list;
  • Specify amount for transfer;
  • Make a transfer using the details specified in the invoice (at a bank branch or online);
  • After you have completed the transfer, we recommend that you fill out the transfer notification. Click the "Notify" button and fill out the form;
  • Confirm the notification with the code from the SMS.


To deposit funds via bank card:

  • Click the "Deposit" button, select the account you want to deposit, and click "Ok" ";
  • Before the first deposit, you are supposed to link your bank card – the instruction is available in the Client Area:
  • After linking your bank card, you can make your first deposit;
  • Enter the amount you want to transfer, select the currency and click "Deposit". Enter the missing bank card details and click "Pay";
  • After debiting funds from your bank card, fill out the notification and click the "Send" button;
  • Confirm the notification with a code received via SMS or voice call;
  • Your account will be credited shortly.

Top-up via e-wallets (let's take Skrill as an example):

  • Click "Deposit", select the account to deposit, and click "Ok";
  • Enter your Skrill wallet username and the amount you want to transfer. Click the "Deposit" button;
  • The system will redirect you to the personal account of the payment system. Enter your details to complete the payment. After funds are debited from your wallet, fill out the notification;
  • Fill in all the fields marked with an asterisk and click "Notify".
Please note!

According to the rules of non-trading (financial) transactions, funds are withdrawn via the payment system that has been used to perform the deposit.
