One of the leaders in the international agricultural sector. The company works with elements of ammonia, granular urea, UAN, AN, as well as diesel exhaust fluid, nitric acid, aqueous ammonia and complex fertilizers with nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium.

Founded in 1946 as Central Farmers Fertilizer Company. In 2002, the company was reorganized and renamed. In 2005, it became public, and already in 2008 it became part of the S&P 500. In 2015, a merger with OCI NV was announced, but the transaction was canceled the next year.
