Bitcoin has once again approached $112,000 amid growing demand from institutional investors. Since the beginning of the year, the cryptocurrency has grown by more than 18%. Experts note that as market capitalization grows, risks are reduced, and now large investors are eager to include digital assets in portfolios. Bitcoin's growth was also supported by Trump's initiatives: his company has applied to launch an ETF that includes several tokens, including bitcoin. Following bitcoin, ether also strengthened, approaching the $2800 mark. The growth of bitcoin quotes is taking place against the background of insignificant trading volume, which indicates the lack of significant interest at current levels, including the interest of sellers. In such conditions, the probability of updating the historical maximum increases significantly. In this scenario, volatility may also increase, which will be triggered by purchases above the $112,000 mark, associated, among other things, with the closing of short positions.
