Demand for digital assets from large investors continues to grow. BlackRock's Bitcoin ETF has for the first time outperformed even the company's main fund, the S&P 500 Index ETF, in terms of fee income. This demonstrates the growing appeal of cryptocurrencies: bitcoin is increasingly seen as a hedge against U.S. fiscal and debt risks. Also, the demand for bitcoin is supported by expectations of dollar devaluation and soft policy of the Federal Reserve.Today, investors are expecting data on the U.S. labor market. Data on the private sector caused alarm: the first reduction in employment in two years was recorded. If the official report confirms the weakness of the labor market, the likelihood of a Fed rate cut in July will increase sharply, which may additionally give a boost to the bitcoin price.
